Performance standards for management contracts

On Friday, the 23^rd of June 2017, the Ministry of Health launched into public debate the revision Order for the Minister’s Order no. 112/2007 regarding the performance standards based on which management contracts may be extended or terminated before term.

 

Law-applying norms amending in construction authorisation

On Tuesday, the 27^th of June 2017, the Ministry of Regional Development, Public Administration and European Funds launched into public debate the draft for the amending and completion of methodological norms of Law no. 50/1991 regarding the authorisation of construction  work, approved by Order no. 839/2009.

Medicine prices used by providers capped by the Ministry of Health

On Monday, the 27^th of June 2017, the Ministry of Health launched into public debate the Order for the revision and completion of Annex no. 1 and 2 to the Minister’s Order no. 251/2017 for the approval of upper-limit caps to prices for medicine used/commercialised by providers of medical services or medicine already in a contractual relationship with the Ministry of Health, insurance agencies, and health public institutions; the prices referred to are found in the national catalogue of authorised medicine prices and of their generic reference prices.

Technical safety norms for maritime passenger ships revised

On Wednesday, the 28^th of June 2017, the Ministry of Transportation launched into public debate the draft for the amending and completion of the Minister’s Order no. 422/2011 regarding technical safety norms for maritime passenger ships.
