Government Emergency Ordinance regarding military product operation control amended. On Tuesday, the 19th of September 2017, the Ministry of External Affairs launched into public debate the draft amending and completing Government Emergency Ordinance no. 158/1999 regarding the control of exports, imports, and other operations with military products. Forestry personnel status amended. On Wednesday, the 20th of September 2017, the Ministry of Waters and Forests launched into public debate the draft amending and completing Government Emergency Ordinance no. 59/2000 regarding the Status of forestry personnel, published through Law no. 427/2001. Romanian citizenship for minors amending. On Thursday, the 21st of September 2017, the Romanian Government amended and completed the laws regarding the process and conditions of granting Romanian citizenship to minors of foreign citizens or foreigners with no citizenship. As such, citizenship will be granted to minors at the same time as the parents. The requests must be made simultaneously; at the time of the request, the minors must legally reside in Romania. Government Decision regarding fuel excise in agriculture price drop amended. On Friday, the 22nd of September 2017, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development launched into public debate the draft amending art. 10 (4) of Government Decision no. 1174/2014 establishing an aid scheme reducing the price of the excise for fuel used in agricultural purposes.
