Mine law. On Monday, the 2nd of October 2017, the Ministry of Economy launched into public debate the draft for the Mine law. [source]

Order regarding work-related illnesses amended. On Tuesday, the 3rd of October 2017, the Ministry of Health launched into public debate the draft Order amending and completing Order no. 1378/2287 approving the investigative and diagnostic procedure of work-related illnesses. [source]

Government Ordinance regarding financial aid for organisations of vegetable and fruit growers approved. On Thursday, the 5th of October 2017, the Romanian Government approved the decision regarding financial aid for organisations of vegetable and fruit growers. Government Ordinance no. 1078/2008 will be repealed when the new Ordinance comes into force. [source]

Procedure for registering/modifying fiscal residence amended. On Wednesday, the 4th of October 2017, Order no. 2853/2017 amending and completing the President’s Order no. 3845/2017 for the approval of registration and modification the fiscal residence, as well as the approval of the template and contents of forms was published in the Official Journal of Romania, part I, no. 783. Government Emergency Ordinance regarding pollution tax. On Thursday, the 5th of October 2017, the Government completed the GEO no. 52/2017 regarding the tax returns of the special tax, the vehicle pollution tax, the vehicle-derived air pollution emission tax, vehicle environment stamp. [source]
