Annex regarding upper-limit price caps on medicine amended. On Monday, the 23rd of October 2017, the Ministry of Health launched into public debate the draft Order amending and completing Annexes no. 1 & 2 to the Minister’s Order no. 251/2017 approving the upper-limit price caps of medicine used/commercialised by health services or medicine providers with contracts with the Ministry of Health, insurance companies. National strategy promoting equal opportunity and treatment between men and women approved. On Thursday, the 26th of October 2017, the Ministry of Labour and Social Justice launched into public debate the draft approving the national strategy promoting equal opportunity and treatment between men and women and prevention of domestic violence during 2018-2021 and Operational Plan implementing the national strategy. Forms regarding sanitary norms for funeral services. On Thursday, the 26th of October 2017, the Ministry of Health launched into public debate the draft Order approving the forms from Government Decision no. 741/206 approving technical and sanitary norms regarding funeral services, burials, transportation, exhuming and reburials of human cadavers, cemeteries, human crematorium, as well as professional criteria for those providing such services. Draft regarding the electronic identity card approved. On Thursday, the 26th of October 2017, the Romanian Government approved the draft amending and completing normative acts regarding the conditions for the availability of electronic identity cards. The electronic card would not be a replacement for the physical one, but would replace the health card. [source]

Gross minimum wage guaranteed. On Thursday, the 26th of October 2017, the Ministry of Labour and Social Justice launched into public debate the Bill determining the gross minimum wage per country guaranteed in payment. [source]

Fiscal Code amended. On Thursday, the 26th of October 2017, the Ministry of Public Finances launched into public debate the draft amending and completing Law no. 227/2015 regarding the Fiscal Code. [source]
