Government Ordinance regarding social integration of foreigners amended. On Monday, the 4th of December 2017, the Ministry of Internal Affairs launched into public debate the draft amending and completing Government Ordinance no. 44/2004 regarding social integration of foreigners who obtained international protection or the right to stay in Romania, as well as foreign citizens of state members of the European Union and the European Economic Space. Usage conditions of medicine. On Monday, the 4th of December 2017, the Ministry of Health launched into public debate the draft Order amending the Annex to Order no. 108/2014 regarding the approval of Conditions for the usage of medicine for humans available for use in final treatments, according for art. 83 from Regulation CE no. 726/2004 establishing community procedures for the authorisation and supervision of medicine for human and veterinary use. Emergency Government Ordinance regarding unemployment aid system. On Wednesday, the 6th of December 2017, the Government approved an EGO amending and completing Law no. 76/2002 regarding the unemployment aid system and workforce stimulation, and amending Law no. 200/2006 regarding the establishing and use of a Supply guaranteeing salary debt payments. Law preventing tax evasion. On Thursday, the 7th of December 2017, the Ministry of Public Finances launched into public debate the draft Order amending and completing Law no. 241/2005 preventing and eliminating tax evasion. [source]
