The norms establishing the conditions for the psychological evaluation that need to be undertaken in order to obtain a driver’s license, as well as establishing new categories, including for obtaining a new license upon cancellation of the old one, the authorising and enforcing of administrative sanctions – retracting or suspending of the authorisation certificate – and tariffs for the issuing of the authorisation, were published in the Official Journal of Romania, part I, no. 222.
