Means of exercising the right to information of insured individuals. On Monday, the 7th of October 2019, Law no. 165/2019 supplementing art. 234 of Law no. 95/2006 regarding the health reform was published in the Official Journal of Romania, no. 811. [source]
Operations considered to fit the meaning of goods delivery regarding VAT amended. On Tuesday, the 8th of October 2019, Law no. 172/2019 amending Law no. 227/2015 regarding the Fiscal Code was published in the Official Journal of Romania, no. 815. Among the amendments, we find:
– amendments to operations considered to fit the meaning of goods delivery as operations applicable for VAT; it’s not considered a transfer of the right to property over goods as a result of foreclosures in the situation where the immovable property is transferred to a person taxable by a public institution with the purpose of ending a remaining legal obligation.
– fiscal risk evaluation is determined based on criteria established through methodological norms, and not through NAFA Orders.
