NNDKP assisted Raiffeisen Bank Romania in the transaction whereby the bank becomes a shareholder in CIT ONE
NESTOR NESTOR DICULESCU KINGSTON PETERSEN (NNDKP) assisted Raiffeisen Bank România in a tripartite transaction whereby Banca Comercială Română, BRD Group Societe Generale and Raiffeisen Bank România will have equal ownership rights of 33.3% in CIT ONE, one of the most important companies on the Romanian market specialized in the transport, processing and storage of cash and other valuables.
The transaction will be finalized once the relevant authority approvals are obtained and all the necessary formalities are fulfilled.
