BONDOC ȘI ASOCIAȚII assisted Restart Energy, an independent electricity and gas supplier on the local market, in negotiating the documentation regarding its cooperation with Interlink Capital Strategies in Washington DC (USA), a consulting and fund management company, in order to develop green energy projects worth $ 500 million in Romania and neighboring countries, as well as to launch the RED platform, based on the blockchain technology, in the USA.

BONDOC ȘI ASOCIAȚII team led by Monica Iancu, partner, was involved in negotiating the agreement and in coordinating all the aspects falling under the scope of the applicable Romanian legislation.
