The litigation team of BONDOC ȘI ASOCIAȚII has obtained under a final court ruling the annulment of certain sanctioning administrative acts in connection with the advertising, marketing and legal classification of certain products, mainly cosmetic in nature.

In the context of a deficient domestic legislation, the case covered a complex analysis of the borderlines in the classification / description of products such as cosmetics, biocides or medical devices by reference to the identification and application of relevant objective criteria, taking into account the European regulations and case law in the matter for determining the main purpose / character of a product.

The litigation was a success not only for obtaining a favorable final solution, but also for the interpretation of highly specialized / technical rules / legal issues.
