Albotă Law Firm has assisted Atenor, a Belgian-based urban real estate developer company listed on the Euronext Brussels market, with the agreement for the sale of Hermes Business Campus, a 75,000 sqm office campus located in the heart of Dimitrie Pompeiu business district in Bucharest.

The agreement to sale was signed on 10 May 2021 and the sale is subject to standard conditions precedent. The project team was coordinated by Oana Albotă and included the lawyers Radu Simion, Ana-Maria Mincu and Bogdan Roscaniuc.
