Advancing the growth trend started earlier this year, Ijdelea Mihăilescu strengthens the firm’s Dispute Resolution, Administrative Law and Corporate practices.

Ancuța Pop joins the firm as Managing Associate and will coordinate the Dispute Resolution department of Ijdelea Mihăilescu. With over 10 years of experience, Ancuța is an experienced and persuasive litigator backed by practice-area expertise spanning civil and commercial litigation and arbitration as well as complex administrative law and labor law disputes. Throughout her career, she assisted domestic and global companies active in various industries ranging from retail and telecom to banks and the steel industry. Ancuța graduated from Babes Bolyai University Law School and holds a Certificate in Transnational Law issued by the University of Geneva. Prior to joining our team she has developed her qualifications working with one of the top law firms in Romania.

With valuable experience gained within a notable law firm in Romania, Lorena Vasvari joins the firm as Associate and will support the Dispute Resolution and Corporate and Administrative Law practices. Her work focuses on sectors such as energy, construction and infrastructure, corporate, as well as competition and data protection law. She was involved in numerous international arbitration cases under the rules of major arbitral institutions, mainly involving claims arising out of FIDIC contracts. Additionally, she also advised clients in relation to corporate and commercial issues.
