Amendments regarding financial aid to tourism, food, and event organization enterprises, in the context of COVID-19. In the Official Journal of Romania, Part I, No. 713 of 20 July 2021, Order No 1127/2021 was published to modify the implementation procedure of the State aid scheme stipulated in the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 224/2020 on certain measures for granting financial support to tourism, food and event organization, whose activity has been affected in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, approved by the Order of the Minister of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Tourism No 991/2021.
The Order concerns the State aid scheme provided for by the GEO No 224/2020 concerning certain measures for granting financial support to tourism, food and event organization enterprises, whose activity has been affected in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, establishing that:
‘The electronic application of the second stage of registration under the scheme will be open from 29 June 2021-26 to 30 July 2021, from 10:00 on the first day of enrollment until 20:00 on the last day of enrollment, with the possibility of extending the deadline until the budget is exhausted.’
