Paid Time Off for vaccinated employees. On Monday, the 26th of July 2021, Law no. 221/2021 supplementing Law no. 55/2020 regarding certain prevention and control measures of the COVID-19 pandemic’s effects was published in the Official Journal of Romania, Part I, no. 732. [source]

NAFA releases template for Form 300 on VAT returns. On Wednesday, the 28th of July 2021, the National Authority for Fiscal Administration set for public debate a draft order approving the template for the Form 300 on VAT returns. [source]

Methodological norms applying the Adoption Law approved. On Wednesday, the 28th of July 2021, the Romanian Government approved the amendment to the methodological norms on the applying of Law no. 273/2004 regarding the adoption procedure. [source]

Anti-doping law amended and supplemented. On Wednesday, the 28th of July 2021, Law no. 219/2021 amending and supplementing Law no.104/2008 on the prevention and control of illicit production and distribution of high-risk doping substances was published in the Official Journal of Romania, Part I, no. 739. Law regarding safety measures of cultural activities amended and supplemented. On Wednesday, the 28th of July 2021, Order no. 3214/1379/2021 amending and supplementing the Annex to Order no. 3245/1805/2020 regarding safety measures for the prevention of SARS-CoV-2 and sanitary security conditions of cultural activities was published in the Official Journal of Romania, Part I, no. 737.
