The 2021 edition of the Banking Law Conference in Timișoara, on the topic “How adequate is the general law for the specifics of banking activities? The perspective of jurisprudence” took place on 22 October 2021. The conference is part of the series of events Legal Colloquia of the National Bank of Romania, and was streamed online on juridice.ro, facebook.com and youtube.com. The topic dealt with by Simona covered issues such as cross security interests in the context of corporate financing granted to groups of companies and the impact of opening insolvency proceedings against some group companies.
