Delia Nagy and Raluca Știrbu join Voicu & Filipescu as Associates, thus contributing to the expansion of the Firm’s team of lawyers.

Delia Nagy is a graduate of the Law School at Babes Bolyai University and a member of the bar since 2017. She provides legal advice to clients in the field of business law regarding corporate matters, starting with the establishment and authorization of all types of companies and until the registration of various changes in the structure of companies and insolvency, as well as in the matter of labor law and public procurement projects.

Raluca Știrbu is a lawyer with six years of experience in the field of business law being involved in projects concerning various legal aspects of corporate clients such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, compliance, personal data protection, real estate projects. At the same time, her professional portfolio includes mandates on e- commerce, commercial practices, advertising campaigns and customer representation in the competent public authorities.
