The Competition Council recommends to the local public authorities to divide into lots the public procurement contracts / framework agreements for modernisation works and road repairs, depending on objective needs, so as to allow the participation of as many economic operators as possible in the procedure. Also, the award documentation must establish a maximum number of lots that can be awarded to a single bidder, in order to prevent the award of all lots to a single economic operator.
On Monday, February 14, 2022, the Ministry of Labor and Social Solidarity launched for public debate the Draft Order on amending and supplementing the annex to the Order of the Minister of Labor, Family and Equal Opportunities and the Minister of Public Health no. 762/1992/2007 for the approval of the medical-psychosocial criteria on the basis of which the classification in the degree of disability is established.
The Romanian National Tuberculosis Control Strategy for 2022-2030 | Project
On Wednesday, February 16, 2022, the Ministry of Health launched for public debate the Draft Government Decision for the approval of the National Tuberculosis Control Strategy in Romania 2022-2030.
The provision of information to private legal entities, based on the consent of the taxpayer / payer, can be done based on a collaboration protocol.
Through the dedicated computer system, ANAF can transmit, based on a signed protocol, the following information:
– information on the nature, source and amount of income of the applicant natural person, respectively information for the period corresponding to the last 3 fiscal years, including, where possible, information related to the period between the last concluded fiscal year and the date of their request;
– information on the nature and amount of income of the applicant legal entity, respectively information in the financial statements for the period corresponding to the last three fiscal years, including, where possible, information related to the period between the last completed fiscal year and the date of their request;
– the fiscal attestation certificate for legal entities;
– information regarding the existence on the applicant’s name of a current account declared open at another credit institution in Romania at the date of the request, for PJDP which offers services within the scope of Law no. 258/2017 on the comparability of fees related to payment accounts, change of payment accounts and access to payment accounts with basic services.
GEO for the application of the Regulation (EU) on specific aviation security measures
This Emergency Ordinance creates the legal framework for the application, at national level, of Regulation (EU) 2019/103 on specific aviation security measures.
The normative act establishes the entities responsible for carrying out standard and in-depth background checks of persons who are to apply civil aviation security measures or who are responsible for the control / monitoring of these measures.
Thus, the standard background check is the responsibility of the hiring unit and will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the National Civil Aviation Security Program. The in-depth background check will be performed by the Romanian Intelligence Service, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of National Defence.
According to this Law, the insured person who, with the patient’s consent, accompanies him to the surgeries and treatments prescribed by the specialist doctor, benefits from leave and indemnity for the care of the patient with oncological diseases over 18 years of age.
The duration of the leave and the allowance for the care of the patient with oncological diseases is at most 45 calendar days within one year for a patient.
The gross monthly amount of the allowance for the care of the patient with oncological diseases is 85% of the calculation base established according to art. 10.
On Wednesday, February 16, 2022, the Government of Romania approved the organisation, functioning and attributions of the National Authority for the Protection of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (ANPDPD), as a specialised body of the central public administration, subordinated to the Ministry of Labor and Social Solidarity.
