Ukrainian citizen employment placement procedure. On Thursday, the 10th of March 2022, Order no. 301/2022 was published in the Official Journal of Romania, Part I, no. 240. The Order approves the Employment Placement Procedure of Ukrainian citizens coming from armed conflict areas in Ukraine. Thus, Ukrainian citizens lacking documents attesting their qualifications or experience may register with county employment agencies. Registration is possible with an ID, passport, or any other document attesting identity. Free access to services and measures provided by Law no. 76/2002 regarding unemployment insurance and workforce engagement is available after registration, The affidavit/declaration on own responsibility will be available in both Romanian and Ukrainian, and can be filled with the aid of a counselor.
