The latest edition of Chambers Europe has nominated Zamfirescu Racoți Vasile & Partners for the 15th consecutive year as a top firm for outstanding practice in Dispute Resolution in the local market. Călin-Andrei Zamfirescu (Eminent practitioner) is a recognised authority in the field of disputes, advising on contentious matters relating to administrative law, damages claims and criminal files. He has experience acting for clients from the energy and finance sectors.
Cosmin Vasile (Band 1) is particularly renowned for his expertise in construction and infrastructure-related litigation. He has experience in damages claims and litigation against the Romanian tax authorities. He also advises on commercial arbitrations and leads the firm’s arbitration practice.
