On Thursday, the 21st of April 2022, Emergency Government Ordinance (EGO) no. 51/2022 was published in the Official Journal of Romania, Part I, no. 393. On Thursday, the 21st of April 2022, Decision no. 530/2022 was published in the Official Journal of Romania, Part I, no. 394. Decision no. 530/2022 amends Government Decision no. 807/2014 which sets certain state aid schemes for large impact economic investments. The investment value is approximately 4.5 million EUR. Ukrainian refugee accommodation refund.
On Thursday, the 21st of April 2022, Decision no. 532/2022 was published in the Official Journal of Romania, Part I, no. 394. Decision no. 532/2022 amended art. 2 (1) of Government Decision no. 315/2022 approving the maximum limit of costs for accommodation in the emergency situations of foreign citizens or stateless individuals from Ukraine who did not seek asylum, as well as allocating an unspecified amount from the budgetary reserve for 2022. On Wednesday, the 27th of April 2022, Order no. 32/2022 was published in the Official Journal of Romania, Part I, no. 400. Order no. 32/2022 amended Order no. 96/2014 approving certain prices in the sanitary, veterinary, and food safety prices, amended as per 2021’s inflation rate. [source]
Law regarding online education amended.
On Thursday, the 28th of April 2022, the Ministry of Education set for public debate a draft EGO amending and supplementing Education Law no. 1/2011; according to the amendment, online education shall be available after the 1st of October 2022. [source]
