Firon Bar-Nir team advised iSoftBet, a prominent igaming content provider and third-party game aggregator, on its acquisition by one of the largest gaming player in the world in a transaction worth € 160 million. The closing of the transaction took place on July 1, 2022 and covered Cyprus, Czech Republic, Malta, Romania, UK jurisdictions.

The consultants involved in handling legal and tax matters pertaining to the Romanian jurisdictions were the following:

(i) Firon Bar-Nir team having served as legal advisor to iSoftBet included Ana Zagor, Ana Lavan and Alina Moldovan,

(ii) Luisiana Dobrinescu, managing partner of Dobrinescu Dobrev, served as tax adviser to iSoftBet and

(iii) NNDKP served as legal advisers to the buyer.
