Domokos Partners assisted a domestic energy producer in taking over a wind farm with an installed capacity of 17.5 MWh and thus supporting its client in consolidating its position in the Romanian electricity generation market. Domokos Partners’ M&A practice has developed and successfully implemented the acquisition strategy. This is the second major acquisition completed by Domokos Partners for the same client after last year having acquired a production facility of 30 MWh.
