EGO on industrial license.

On Wednesday, the 21st of September 2022, the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Tourism set for public debate the EGO on the unique industrial license. On Thursday, the 22nd of September 2022, the Ministry of Research, Innovation, and Digitalisation set for public debate the Decision amending and supplementing Government Decision no. 403/2017 approving the Grant Program for research, development, and innovation “Grant for young researchers King Charles I.” [source]

On Thursday, the 22nd of September 2022, the Ministry of Health set for public debate a draft Order approving the methodology on medical and psychological evaluation of people with intellectual and psychosocial disabilities in the context of ordering, extending, replacing, or lifting of protection measures. Fuel discounts Emergency Government Ordinance (EGO).

On Friday, the 23rd of September 2022, the Ministry of Energy set for public debate a draft EGO amending EGO no. 106/2022 on fuel discounts; EGO no. 106/2022 amends art. 18 of EGO no. 41/2022 establishing the National System on goods transportation of high financial risk (RO e-Transport), and repealing art. XXVIII of the EGO no. 130/2021 on certain fiscal-budgetary measures, deadline extensions, as well as for normative act amendments and supplementing. [source]
