October 24 – 29: Updates on the laws for persons with disabilities, private detectives, political parties and electoral campaigns, working days, and protection orders

Law on persons with disabilities amended.

On Thursday, the 20th of October 2022, the Ministry of Labor and Social Solidarity set for public debate the bill amending and supplementing Law no. 448/2006 on the protection and promotion of the rights of persons with disabilities. [source]

 

Private detective law amended.

On Monday, the 24th of October, 2022, the Ministry of Internal set for public debate the bill amending and supplementing Law no. 329 on the private detective profession. [source]

 

Political party and electoral campaign law amended.

On Wednesday, the 26th of October 2022, the Permanent Electoral Authority set for public debate the bill amending and supplementing Law no. 334/2006 on the financing of the activity of political parties and electoral campaigns. [source]

 

Working days law amended.

On Thursday, the 27th of October, 2022, the Ministry of Labor and Social Solidarity set for public debate the Government Decision on the establishment of working days for which days off, other than public holidays, are granted for the year 2023. [source]

 

Protection Order Law drafted.
