Tax quota for cultural institutions approved,
On Friday, the 28th of October 2022, the Bucharest Town Hall set for public debate six decisions approving the tax quota of six cultural institutions in Bucharest: the “Metropolis” Youth Theatre, the “IOAN DALLES” Metropolitan Center for Education and Culture, the “DINU LIPATTI” House of Arts, the Bucharest Art School, the Bucharest Municipal Museum, and the  C.I. State aid scheme amendment.
On Thursday, the 3rd of November 2022, the Ministry of Public Finances set for public the draft Government Decision (GD) amending and supplementing GD no. 332/2014 on the state aid scheme to support investments that promote regional development through job creation. [source]

 

Law on national defense industry.

On Thursday, the 3rd of November 2022, the Ministry of Economy set for public debate a draft GD amending and supplementing the Methodological Norms applying Law no. 232/2016 on the national defense industry, as well as amending and supplementing certain normative acts approved through GD no. 611/2017. Law on European funds for internal affairs.

On Friday, the 4th of November 2022, the Ministry of Internal Affairs set for public debate the draft Decision approving the Methodological Norms applying the Emergency Government Ordinance no. 96/2022 on the financial management of European funds dedicated to Romania’s Internal Affairs between 2021-2027.
