Law on national security and cybersecurity.
On Friday, the 4th of November 2022, the Ministry of Research, Innovation, and Digitalisation set for public debate a bill on national security and cybersecurity. [source]

 

Criminal record requests available online.
On Monday, the 7th of November 2022, the Senate adopted a proposal amending Law no. 290/2004 on criminal records. Thus, persons will now be able to request an online copy of a criminal record free of charge. [source]

 

EGO amending law on salaried employees,
On Monday, the 7th of November 2022, the Ministry of Labour and Social Solidarity set for public debate a draft Emergency Government Ordinance amending and supplementing Law no. 153/2017 on salaried personnel paid with public funds. [source]

 

Consumer Protection decision.
On Monday, the 7th of November 2022, the Ministry of Economy set for public debate a draft Government Decision revoking the public utility status of the Association of Consumer Protection of Romania. [source]

 

Law on cancer prevention and control.
On Tuesday, the 8th of November 2022, Law no. 293/2022 on cancer prevention and control was published in the Official Journal of Romania, Part I, no. 1078. The law sets a series of goals on the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and care in cancer patients, among which: creating a National Strategy promoting prevention information on noncommunicable diseases; establishing the risk cancer development; introducing genetic and immunohistochemical testing; and introducing novel therapy.  [source]
