Law on cancer prevention and control.
On Tuesday, the 8th of November 2022, Law no. 293/2022 on cancer prevention and control was published in the Official Journal of Romania, Part I, no. 1078. The law sets a series of goals on the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and care in cancer patients, among which: creating a National Strategy promoting prevention information on noncommunicable diseases; establishing the risk cancer development; introducing genetic and immunohistochemical testing; and introducing novel therapy.
