Order amending criteria for granting scholarship.
On Friday, the 11th of November 2022, Order no. 6203/2022 amending the annex to the Order of the Minister of Education no. 5.379/2022 approving the General Criteria for granting scholarships to students in secondary school, was published in the Official Journal of Romania, Part I, no. 1088. New rules on traffic on public roads.
On Tuesday, the 15th of November 2022, the President of Romania, Klaus Iohannis, signed the decree on the enactment of the Law amending par. 1 of article 64 of Emergency Government Ordinance (EGO) no. 195/2002 related to traffic on public roads. The traffic police can now order the vehicles parked illegally to be towed away. [source]

On Tuesday, the 15th of November 2022, the Rules on nuclear security policy and independent assessment of nuclear security were published in the Official Journal of Romania, Part I, no. 1097. [source]
Health care laws amended.
On Thursday, the 17th of November 2022, the Ministry of Health set for public debate the draft Order setting up the time schedule for visits in public health facilities. According to the project:, access to the hospitalized patients is allowed from Monday to Friday between 3 pm and 8 pm, and on Saturdays and Sundays between 10 am and 8 pm. [source]
Project on employees’ minimum salary.
On Monday, the 7th of November 2022, the Ministry of Labour and Social Solidarity set for public debate a draft Decision establishing the minimum guaranteed gross basic salary for Romania. According to the project, starting with 23rd of January 2023, the minimum national gross basic salary, not including bonuses and other incentives, will be in the amount of 3,000 RON per month, for a normal work schedule of 165,333 hours per month on average, representing 18,145 RON/hour. EGO on traffic on public roads amended.
On Thursday, the 17th of November 2022, Law no. 302/2022 amending paragraph. 1 art. 64 of the EGO no. 195/2002 related to traffic on public roads was published in the Official Journal of Romania, Part I, no. 1107. The traffic police can now order the vehicles parked illegally to be towed away from any unauthorized spaces, including but not limited to sidewalks. [source]
