Attorneys from Firon Bar-Nir successfully closed one of the most important transactions in the garment business in Romania, assisting Tefron an Israeli base international leading developer and manufacturer of seamless products in the acquisition and transitioning of Adesgo operations.

Tefron, an Israeli worldwide leading developer and manufacturer of seamless product, entered the Romanian market at the beginning of 2023 and took over the operations of Adesgo – manufacturing as well as sales, Adesgo historically being the biggest producer of seamless tights and underwear in Romania.
