Groupama and Alpha Bank Romania announce the launch of an extended version for the “Travel all Seasons” travel insurance, providing also remote medical support, through the ÎntreabăMedic telemedicine service.
The “Travel all seasons” insurance is addressed to Alpha Bank Customers, individuals traveling abroad or in Romania, both for business and tourism purposes, and covers multiple trips. The insurance term is one year and it may include an unlimited number of trips, provided they do not exceed 30 consecutive days.
Depending on their necessities, Customers may choose the insurance package that is best suited for their needs – Standard or Premium. Customers who purchase a Premium package have access to the ÎntreabăMedic (AskDoctor) service, an innovative remote medical support platform, in the form of micro-consultations offered by licensed physicians, via WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Telegram or SMS, and other privileges, such as extensions in the coverage of risks related to seasonal sports and coverage that is also valid for traveling in Romania.
At the same time, the benefits for the member of the insured person’s family have been extended, and they now benefit from the chosen coverage, even if they do not travel together.
