Our team, led by our Senior Managing Partner Ron Bar-Nir together with Itzik Blau Tefron Group’s legal counsel, also a partner in our office in Tel-Aviv, helped Tefron in establishing a manufacturing facility in Europe by encompassing all essential aspects of the acquisition of Adesgo`s seamless apparel business (machines, employees, clients, providers etc.).
