DLA Piper’s office in Bucharest assisted TMF Group, leading provider of compliance and administrative services, on the acquisition of Contexpert, a company specialized in accounting, inventory, taxation and payroll services in Romania.

The transaction is the latest in a series of deals and marks a step forward in TMF Group’s further expansion into the southeastern European market, as well as a consolidation of its position of leadership in the accounting, tax compliance and HR/payroll services local market.
