Firon Bar-Nir successfully assisted a well-known Israeli investor, David Shmuely, in concluding a partnership with a Turkish real estate developer regarding the development of a residential project with over 700 apartments on a plot of over 2 hectares in Bucharest’s Titan neighborhood.

This long-term joint-venture agreement was intensely negotiated for a couple of months and involved complex commercial and legal mechanisms to secure the interests of both parties.

This new project consolidated Firon Bar-Nir’s Real Estate practice in joint venture agreements of such complexity, and was led by Alina Moldovan and Ioana Mardare,, both partners in Firon Bar-Nir.
