CMS advises Raiffeisen Bank S.A. and Raiffeisen Bank International AG on a EUR 60 million financing for Ratesti Solar Plant

International law firm CMS has advised Raiffeisen Bank S.A. and Raiffeisen Bank International AG on the financing of Ratesti Solar Plant S.R.L, the largest new solar project developed in Romania to date.

With a capacity of 155MW, the project, owned by Econergy and Nofar Energy, was connected to the electricity grid at the end of November. CMS advised the lenders on all aspects of the financing transaction under Romanian and English law.
