Alpha Bank Romania continues to enable aspiring homeowners to access the “New Home” program in 2024. The “Alpha Housing Noua Casă” loan ensures accessibility with an attractive interest rate of 2% + IRCC and with zero commission for the file analysis. This year, the commission for the administration of the guarantee granted by the State through FNGCIMM, has been reduced to 0.15%, compared to 0.30% (in 2022 and 2023), thus contributing to the improvement of the general conditions of the program.
With a minimum down payment of 5% for homes priced up to Euros 70,000 and 15% for homes priced between Euros 70,001 and Euros 140,000, Alpha Bank Romania is extending its support to a broad spectrum of potential homeowners.
