The IJCA, flagship publication of the International Association for Court Administration, provides a professional platform on managing diverse judicial and court systems operative in countries throughout the world.

We welcome submissions from court officials, judges, justice ministry officials, academics and others whose professional work and interests lie in the effective administration of justice and the rule of law.  We welcome relevant submissions on court operations, innovations, research, specialization, transnational comparative studies, and stakeholder issues.
