Amendments on the organising and function of the Ministry of Finance and National Agency of Fiscal Administration (NAFA)
On June 17, 2024, Decision no. 668/2024 amending Government Decision no. 34/2009 on the organising and function of the Ministry of Finance, as well as amending Government Decision no. 520/2013 on the organising and function of NAFA, was published in the Official Journal of Romania, Part I, no. 563. Criteria for products that have a life-long ecological impact
On June 17, 2023, the National Agency for Public Acquisitions set for public debate a bill approving the ecological criteria for products that have a life-long impact on the environment, as provided by Annex no. 2 to the Methodological Norms provided in annex no. 2 to the Methodological Norms for the application of provisions on the sectoral contract/framework agreement of Law no. 99/2016 regarding sectoral acquisitions, approved through Government Decision no. 394/2016, as well as Annex no. 2 to the Methodological Norms for the application of provisions on the sectoral contract/framework agreement of Law no. 98/2016 regarding public procurement, approved by Government Decision no. 395/2016.
