act legal Romania has assisted Morphosis Capital and the Apolozan family, founders of DocProcess S.A., on the successful closing of the sale of their shares in DocProcess, a Romanian provider of business process automation solutions, to AGENA3000, a French digital services group.

The cross-border transaction closed following receipt of all required approvals, including foreign direct investment (FDI) clearance in Romania.
