Designation of the Central Liaison Office responsible for the exchange of information in tax matters between EU Member States

In The Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 163 of 26 March 2013 was published the Minister of Public Finance no. 353/2013 on the designation of the Central Liaison Office responsible for the exchange of information on tax administrative cooperation between Member States of the European Union.
According to the law, it means the international exchange of information service in NAFA-The general tax information as a Central Liaison for the exchange of information on tax administrative cooperation between Member States of the European Union.
The Central Liaison Office is also responsible for contacts with the European Commission. To this end, the Central Liaison Office will transfer all the information to the European Commission, data and statistics provided by Title VII1 “administrative cooperation in tax matters” of Fiscal Procedure Code.
