Romania’s ratification of ECHR protocol no. 15 | Draft
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has launched in public debate the draft law regarding ratification of Protocol no. 15 to the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, signed at 4 November 1950 in Rome, amended by protocols no. 3 of 6 May 1963, no. 5 of 20 January 1966, no. 8 of 19 March 1985, no. 11 of 11 May 1994 and no. 14 of 13 May 2004 and completed with Protocol no. 2 of 6 May 1963, signed by Romania at Strasbourg in 24 June 2013.
