In the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 135 of 25 February 2014 was published the Order of the Minister of Public Finance no. 256/2014, regarding the consumer price index used to update prepayments in annually income tax.
According to the normative act, for the fiscal year 2014, the consumer price index used to update prepayments in income tax per year is 102.4%.
