The Financial Supervisory Authority has launched Friday, 21st February 2014 in public debate, the draft Regulation regarding the amendment and addition to the Regulation of the National Security Commission no. 1/2006 on the issuers and the operations involving securities, as well as for the addition to the Regulation of the National Security Commission no. 6/2009 on the exercise of certain rights of the shareholders within general meetings of commercial companies.
