In the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 154 from 4 March 2015 was published the President’s Order of the National Energy Regulatory Authority no. 8/2015 on establishing mandatory share for the acquisition of green certificates, corresponding to the year 2014.
Mandatory share for the acquisition of green certificates by economic operators who have the obligation to acquire green certificates for 2014 shall be fixed at 0.218 green certificates / MWh.
