Gabriela Pop, Mihai Ionita and Cristi Porojanu joined the team of Bondoc si Asociatii starting from October.

The main practice areas in which they will work include corporate/M&A, real estate and public procurement.

Mihaela Bondoc, Partner with Bondoc si Asociatii, mentioned that this new expansion of the team, which is the result of a rigorous selection from among over 300 applications, is part of the Firm’s development strategy, correlated with a  further increase in the work volume. Mihaela Bondoc also mentioned that, by the end of the year, the selection process for another three positions is expected to be finalized (with respect to banking & finance, litigation and life science practices).
